The group will meet at The LGF’s Community Resource Centre in Richmond Street, Manchester and is for those who would like a safe, discreet and non-judgemental environment in which to meet others and explore issues.
Kate Hardy, Wellbeing Officer for The LGF comments “this group will offer men the chance to discuss key issues around coming out, relationships and sexual identity. It will be a safe and secure space. We hope that by meeting others and supporting each other, the group will provide the foundation for much-needed friendships and peer support”
The 8-session long group will launch on 21st February 2013 and will be held on the first and third Thursday of the month. It will be a closed group, meaning that anyone who is interested in attending will be asked to complete an application form and come in for a chat.
